Helping companies create unique experiences from start to finish

Strategy & Planning: Figuring out the direction

Knowing what to do and how to get there is half the battle, but how do you get there? Sometimes we just aren't looking in the right places, or we don't even know where to start. That's where strategy and planning comes in. Let me help you ask the right questions and get the answers that your team needs to start that project off on the right foot.

User Research & Persona Development: Understanding the User

I've always felt that research was an important part of the design process. Part of creating a great product that is making sure we really know who we are designing for. But what's the best way to do that? Why, work with the users, of course!

Understanding how the user thinks and feels about your product ultimately allows us to create something that we're more connected and invested in, which ends up being a better product or service. Personas, usability testing, surveys, interviews, journey mapping, and concept modeling can help you get there. I'm happy to talk to you about how I've helped other companies learn more about the people behind their products.

Information Architecture: Creating the Structure

Having a solid structure is key to a great experience. If your users can't find it, it won't matter how great it is. Information architecture is the backbone of any experience. Let me work with you to help your development efforts start off on the right foot.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Bringing the vision to life

I love working with development to push the boundaries of what can and can’t be done in order to create something exciting and functional in order to delight our client base. I'm familiar with multiple types of prototyping solutions, such as Axure, iRise, Visio, InDesign, Balsamic, Omnigraffle, Sketch, UxPin, InVision, and the Adobe Creative Suite, and I'm also a developer, so I'll use whatever tools you need in order to get the job done.
